My start in construction began at the age of 16, framing new homes over my summer break in the Mojave desert in Southern California.
My high school sweetheart and I Married after high school, and we moved to Georgia to raise our family.

The timeline for building a custom home can vary depending on the complexity of the design and other factors. Generally, it takes around 6 to 12 months from the initial design phase to the completion of construction.
A custom home is built according to the homeowner’s specific preferences and requirements. It offers personalized design and unique features, unlike traditional homes, which are typically built from pre-designed plans.
We do not have a guaranteed cost per square foot. Every plan builds differently and customer selections vary which directly affects the cost of each house. During our free consultation call we can identify what the customer is looking for to give a closer estimated price per square foot. After you sign our deposit contract and design plans with our preferred architect, we will price out the plan with current market pricing
Every lot and house is different, it will depend on the land and the square footage along with the selections. A good rule of thumb is 6 months to 1 year.
We do have some floor plan options to choose from.
Yes, we work with a local architect and prefer our customers to draw custom plans with him. He also has many plans he has built, so it shouldn’t be an issue finding a plan you love.
Yes, we do not mind helping locate land options. We also have an agent we work with that can help as well.
No, currently at this time we do not have any land for sale.
It will depend on the time you call. During your consultation call ask us and we can schedule a time to meet you at one of our current builds.
No, an agent is not necessary for a custom build. But if you are wanting representation we are happy to work with you and your agent.
